Latasha Causey

Latasha Causey, PHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources. Currently serving as President of Phoenix Raceway since November 2022, Latasha previously held the role of Vice President - Community Development Officer at Bell Bank, where efforts focused on supporting minority-owned businesses and community engagement. Prior experience includes Vice President - Human Resources for the Southwest region at Bell Bank, Head of Recruitment at U-Haul International, and Executive Administrative Director at USAA, where Latasha strengthened brand presence and led community outreach initiatives. Latasha holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University.
