Leah Davies is experienced in various roles within the pharmacy and healthcare industry. Currently, Leah serves as the Training Program Director at Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) and Rowlands Pharmacy, where Leah leads and mentors the foundation training program. Leah is also the Pharmacist Development Manager at PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd, overseeing professional qualification programs for pharmacists across England, Scotland, and Wales. Additionally, Leah holds the position of National Community Pharmacy CCA Representative at Company Chemist Association, focusing on workforce development for Rowlands Pharmacy.
