Manoj Kumar has had a diverse and expansive career in the field of entrepreneurship. In 2016, they founded Social Alpha, a company focused on promoting entrepreneurship in underdeveloped sectors. In 2017, they became a Trustee at the Tata Institute for Genetics and Society, India. In 2019, they co-founded Sustain Plus Energy Foundation and became an Independent Director at CreditAccess Grameen Limited and the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP). Additionally, they became a Nominee Director at Phool.co and an Independent Director at Madura Micro Finance Ltd. in 2020. In the same year, they co-founded KrishiKalpa foundation and became an Independent Director at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (F.I.R.S.T.). In 2021, they were appointed Chairperson at mach33.aero.
