Mitsutatsu has held various managerial positions in reputable hotels and resorts, demonstrating their expertise in property management, pre-opening operations, daily resort operations, front office management, and guest relations. Some notable positions they have held include Resident Manager at Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City, Hotel Manager at An Lam Retreats Group, and Front Office Manager at The Reverie Saigon. Mitsutatsu has also worked as a Resident Manager at Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa and Fitness Club/Spa Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka. Mitsutatsu Arai completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Relations and Affairs at Ritsumeikan University from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2001 to 2003.
