Nathalie Dupuy

Nathalie Dupuy is a Senior Biosimulation Scientist at Physiomics plc since July 2021, where the focus is on supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in drug development through computational models. Prior to this role, Nathalie served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at The University of Edinburgh from April 2018 to July 2021, collaborating with experimental neuroscientists on visual information processing in the brain and utilizing computational tools to analyze complex datasets from chronic imaging of neurons in awake rodents. Nathalie also completed a Data Science Fellowship with Science to Data Science in April 2021 after undergoing a five-week intensive training program. Nathalie holds a PhD in Neuroinformatics from The University of Edinburgh (2013-2018) and a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London (2011-2012).
