Devanand Prasad

Devanand Prasad has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Devanand started their career in 2009 as a Sr Officer at Coal India Limited. In 2012, they worked as a Summer trainee at Think & Learn Pvt Ltd, where they designed proposals, prepared sales strategies, and created pricing and inventory management systems. From 2013 to 2016, Devanand served as an Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager at Ambuja Cements Ltd. Devanand then joined Reliance Industries Limited in 2016 as a Senior Human Resources Analyst. Currently, Devanand is working at PI Industries Ltd, where they began as a Lead Workforce (HR) Analyst and then moved on to become the Head of Organisation Design, Workforce Planning and Analytics.

Devanand Prasad received a PGDM degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in the years 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, spanning from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Devanand Prasad has obtained several certifications, including "Managing Your Emotions at Work" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Databases and SQL for Data Science with Python" from IBM in 2021, "What is Data Science?" from IBM in 2020, "HR Operations Fundamentals" from Reliance Industries Limited in 2019, and "Strategic Human Resources" from Lynda.com in 2019.
