Vikram Menon Malik

Vikram Menon Malik has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Vikram began their career at Linde India Limited, where they served as a Process & Maintenance Engineer, later transitioning to roles as Deputy Manager - Reliability Engineering and Sr. Manager - Strategy & Program Management. During their time at Linde India Limited, they implemented various improvement projects and contributed to significant cost savings.

Vikram then joined Idea Cellular Ltd as Head - Total Quality Management, where they managed a portfolio of business improvement projects and delivered savings worth approximately USD $5 million.

After that, Vikram worked at Amazon as an Operational Excellence Manager - Global Finance Operations, leading the program management for North America Payroll Operations Excellence. Vikram successfully managed a portfolio of improvement projects that resulted in cost savings and operational efficiency.

Vikram later joined The Home Depot as Head - Quality Assurance (South Asia, Middle East and Europe). Their responsibilities included setting up and leading the Quality Assurance and Product Engineering Team for Home Depot's Private Label Brands across multiple regions, resulting in significant supplier quality improvements and retail sales.

At Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd), Vikram held the position of Director - Process Excellence and Compliance Operations. Vikram led a team that restructured Ola's business processes and systems to ensure compliance with local transport regulations in international and domestic markets. Vikram also achieved and sustained 0% non-compliance in the UK and ANZ regions, protecting a GMV of USD $50 million/year.

Currently, Vikram is serving as the Vice President - Operational Excellence at PI Industries Ltd.

Throughout their career, Vikram has demonstrated their expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, compliance, and project management. Their contributions have resulted in significant cost savings, improved customer satisfaction, and overall business success.

Vikram Menon Malik has a diverse education history. Vikram obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended The Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi from 1999 to 2005, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.

In 2016 and 2017, they attended the Indian School of Business, where they pursued an Advanced Management Programme in Business Analytics (AMPBA) with a specialization in Data Science.

Additionally, Vikram has acquired several certifications, including ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct Plan and Improve, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Change Leadership, Train The Trainer (TTT), Project, Programme & Portfolio Management (3PM), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management - PCI (People Centered Implementation) Level 3, Cryogenics and Air Separation Technical Course, Management Development Program on Total Quality Management, Hands-on Maintenance of Turbo-Compressor and Multistage Cryogenic Pumps, and Internal Auditor in Integrated Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System as per ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007.
