Justin Sill

Justin Sill is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Market Partner and Regional Training Chef at The Piada Group since April 2015, Justin is responsible for driving regional performance and ensuring alignment with the company's core values. Prior roles include Piada Partner, focused on restaurant success and team development, and Piada Chef, emphasizing training and operational efficiency. Justin also contributed as a Sous Chef at fire, food, and drink from 2013 to 2015, and began culinary career as a Pantry Cook at Sage American Bistro from September 2010 to March 2011. Justin holds an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Columbus Culinary Institute, earned between 2010 and 2012.
