Marissa Edwards, Esq. is a Partner at PIB Law, where since August 2018, Marissa has represented clients in complex civil and commercial litigation, focusing on defending claims against major financial institutions under consumer protection laws and mortgage banking regulations. Prior experience includes a role as a Partner at Ballard Spahr LLP, where Marissa defended clients in consumer protection and mortgage banking litigation, and an Associate position at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, handling civil litigation defense in personal injury and auto insurance cases. Marissa's legal career began with positions such as Associate Attorney at Milstead and Associates, Campaign Manager for a judicial candidate, and a Judicial Intern under the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg. Marissa holds a Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and History from Pace University.
