Kalyn Fetta

Director, Customer Experience at PickTrace

Kalyn Fetta has always been driven to help others. After completing their undergraduate degree in Psychology, they decided to pursue a career in customer success so that they could use their skills to make a difference in people's lives. Kalyn began their career as a customer success manager at InvolveSoft, where they were responsible for building the CS department from the ground up. During their time at InvolveSoft, Kalyn worked cross-functionally with various teams in order to create an enhanced end-to-end customer experience. Kalyn also proactively managed and grew all InvolveSoft client relationships.

In 2016, Kalyn was awarded the Service Never Sleeps Fellowship, which allowed their to pursue their passion for helping others on a full-time basis. For one year, Kalyn worked with Service Never Sleeps, an organization that provides support and resources to individuals and families affected by addiction. After their Fellowship ended, Kalyn returned to the corporate world and is now the Customer Success Team Lead at PickTrace. In this role, Kalyn is responsible for leading a team of customer success managers and ensuring that PickTrace's customers have a positive experience with the product.

Kalyn Fetta completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, where they focused on finance. Prior to that, they attended Glenbrook North High School.

Kalyn Fetta works with Damon Valenzona - CTO, Kelsey Spencer - Operations Manager, and Misael Larios - Director of Mexico Operations. Kalyn Fetta reports to Joel Zemer, CEO.
