Lucia Paskert

Lucia joined Picus in 2020 as a Human Resources Team Lead. Prior to joining Picus, she worked for the Boston Consulting Group in Munich for several years, with a focus on recruiting, staffing, and internal HR projects. Among other responsibilities, she was in charge of hiring top talents from all backgrounds and led various recruiting initiatives encouraging an inclusive workplace.

Lucia graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and a Master's degree in International Management from the Maastricht University.
