About The Role Join the dynamic team at Picus as we spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge revenue systems and processes, driven by data and innovation. We're on the lookout for versatile, solution-oriented individuals to join us in shaping the future of revenue optimization.

As Revenue Operations Analyst you will be a key player in the Revenue Operations team, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our revenue generation processes, fostering alignment among our sales, marketing, and finance teams. Your mission will be to craft and execute strategies that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and unlock new revenue streams.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, customer success and CEO Office to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Improve data quality across the organization to enforce data-based decision making
  • Design and implement sales forecasting models to accurately predict revenue projections
  • Manage and optimize sales processes, including lead management, pipeline management, and deal closure
  • Support the implementation and management of sales and marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to track revenue goals and objectives to support performance reviews.
  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Oversee operational and administrative tasks related to revenue operations, and support different teams in case of need

What You Have

  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree in engineering, economics or business
  • 3-4 years of experience working in a revenue growth related field
  • Problem-solving skills with an analytical approach, combined with a strong business judgment
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
  • Strong in translating data into actionable insights with the objective to improve business processes
  • Proficiency in presenting analyses and newly implemented processes in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent oral and written English speaking skills
  • Understanding SaaS and relevant industry metrics is a plus
  • Business consultancy background is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot is a plus
