Priyanka Saraswat

Priyanka Saraswat has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Priyanka most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at Piddi Design starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at KNNX Corp from 2020 to 2022, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President Human Resources and also served as a Human Resources Consultant. During their time at KNNX Corp, they oversaw all aspects of Human Capital and Shared Services, developed and executed HR strategies, and played a key role in establishing HR operations in Japan.

Before their role at KNNX Corp, Priyanka worked at Give and Go Prepared Foods in 2020 as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they managed a large workforce and provided guidance to managers in resolving employee management situations. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at NewAge Products Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator, overseeing the development and expansion of the HR department across international locations. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Administrator at BGC East Scarborough, where they led and managed the HR and payroll function across multiple sites in Toronto.

Earlier in their career, Priyanka worked as a Direct Marketing Associate at SMT Direct Marketing Inc and held HR and Marketing roles at a confidential company. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong skills in employee relations, talent management, performance management, and HR strategy development.

Priyanka Saraswat, CHRP, SPHRi™, PHRi™ has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business from Amity University. Priyanka has obtained various certifications including Certified Human Resources Professional from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, WHMIS 2015 from Workplace Safety & Prevention Services, Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) from HRCI, Professional in Human Resources – International™ (PHRi™) from HRCI, and Certified Management Member from the Joint Health & Safety Committee from Workplace Safety & Prevention Services.
