Bharat Shah

Bharat Shah began their work experience in 1989 as a Works Manager at Nirma Limited, where they were responsible for administration and liaison of factories, production procurement planning, and manpower procurement and training. Bharat then joined Pidilite Industries Ltd in 1997 as the Chief of Consumer Product Operations, where they were involved in manufacturing cost budgeting, capacity planning, stabilization of new manufacturing setups, and cost management.

Bharat Shah completed their education at two institutions. From 2010 to 2012, they attended the Welingkar Institute of Management, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in International Business. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1989, Bharat Shah studied at Gujarat University, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Chemistry.

In addition to their academic degrees, Bharat Shah has also obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they completed the Visionary Leaders for Manufacturing program offered by CII Foundation. Earlier, in April 2019, they completed the Capstone Leadership Development Program at S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. It is worth noting that Bharat Shah has also obtained a certification called CRNC, although details such as the institution and date of completion are not provided.
