Vicki Kaiser

Vicki Kaiser has been with Piedmont Healthcare since January 2011, most recently serving as the Chief HR Officer. Vicki has also served as the Senior Director of Outpatient Services, where they directed business development and operations for hospital retail service lines including Infusion, Heartburn Treatment, Cardiovascular Imaging, Neurosciences, Rehabilitation, Wellness and Imaging Centers. Vicki has also been responsible for regional physician outreach efforts with a goal of increasing referrals by educating physicians, streamlining the referral process, removing patient access barriers and ensuring physician satisfaction. In their role as Senior Director of Outpatient Services, Vicki also implemented a new organizational structure responsible for managing and influencing all dimensions of the outpatient continuum of care, including scheduling and registration in the outpatient areas. Vicki's experience and dedication to Piedmont Healthcare make their an invaluable asset to the organization.

Vicki Kaiser has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of West Georgia. Vicki also has a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management from Clayton State University.

They are on a team with Stephen Daugherty - CEO, Piedmont Macon - Piedmont Macon North, Trent Lind - CEO, Piedmont Eastside Medical Center, and Geoffrey Brown - Chief Information Officer. Vicki Kaiser reports to Kevin Brown, President and CEO.
