Jill Buckner

Jill Buckner (Clark) has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jill began their career at Miller Brewing Company in 1980, working in various sales and management positions, including roles as Unit Sales Manager, National/Key Account Sales Manager, and On-Premise Chain Account Manager. During their time at Miller Brewing Company, they achieved significant sales growth, built strategic partnerships with key retailers, and led the execution of marketing agreements and SKU rationalization plans.

From 2001 to 2008, Jill worked at S & M Brands, where they held the position of VP of Sales and Key Account Management Supervisor. In these roles, they led and inspired sales teams, developed cross-functional training programs, and collaborated with the VP of Marketing to develop brand strategies and retail marketing programs. Jill also successfully drove organic and new business growth through strong negotiation skills and relationship building with wholesale business partners.

In 2010, Jill volunteered at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse in a position that allowed their to utilize their paralegal studies and certification. Their duties included office administration, customer service, and data entry.

Most recently, Jill worked at Pier 1 Imports as a Sales Team Lead/Manager on Duty. Their responsibilities included sales associate leadership, coaching, cash management, team development, suggestive selling, critical thinking, and customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Jill Buckner (Clark) has demonstrated a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving sales success and customer satisfaction.

Jill Buckner (Clark) attended Alverno College from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a BS degree in Business Administration/Computer Science. In 2009, they pursued a certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Jill also briefly studied Medical Administration at the same university during the same year. In 2013, Jill completed the Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing program at the Superior School of Real Estate. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications such as NC Real Estate Provisional Broker and Notary Public.
