Hernan Fernandez

Hernan Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hernan began their career at Coca-Cola Panamco as an Organizational Development Manager from 1997 to 2003. Following that, they worked at DHL as a Human Resources Development Lead, where they played a key role in change management and building a performance-driven culture in Mexico. In 2008, they joined The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where they held various roles, including Human Resources Manager for Mexico and later as the Human Resources Sr Manager for Venezuela, Central America, and the Caribbean. During their time at Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, they implemented new business models, led integration strategies, and oversaw recruitment and training for the HR team. Since 2013, Hernan Fernandez has been working at Pierre Fabre Group, starting as the Human Resources Director and currently serving as the Regional HR Director - HRBP Americas. In this role, they have been instrumental in redefining the HR structure, implementing business partnering models, and driving performance management initiatives.

Hernan Fernandez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad La Salle, A.C. from 1992 to 1997. Hernan then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Development from the Instituto de Estudios de Postgrado en Ciencias y Humanidades between 2002 and 2004. In 1999, they completed a post-graduate program in Learning Organizations at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. In 2019, they earned a certificate in HR Management and Analytics from Wharton Online. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained a coaching certificate from IBERO Puebla.
