Head Of Formulation, Raw Material And Partnerships at Pierre Fabre

Juliana Amado began their work experience in 2014 at L'Oreal, where they served as an Advanced Research Intern in the Open Research department. Juliana prepared scientific dossiers, conducted literature reviews, and prepared internal reports for the Research Departments in Brazil, France, and the USA. Juliana also gained experience in experimental techniques and laboratory work.

In 2016, Juliana Amado was promoted to the role of Advanced Research Analyst in both the Open Research and International Raw Material departments. Juliana continued to support projects through literature reviews and critical evaluations, as well as coordinating with various hubs and creating purchase orders in SAP.

In 2018, Juliana Amado joined the Pierre Fabre Group as the Head of Raw Material and Partnerships at the Brazilian Innovation Center. Juliana established the Raw Materials Department and managed supplier relations for a wide range of ingredients. Juliana is currently serving as the Head of Formulation, Raw Material, and Partnerships.

Throughout their career, Juliana Amado has demonstrated expertise in scientific research, project management, supplier relations, and formulation development in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.

Juliana Amado has a strong education history with a focus on law, engineering, and business. Juliana holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Chemical Engineering from UERJ, which they obtained from 2009 to 2016. Juliana pursued further education and obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Sustainable Business Management from the Universidade Federal Fluminense between 2019 and 2020. Juliana also obtained a Postgraduate degree in Human rights, social responsibility and global citizenship from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in 2022, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Environmental law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Juliana also holds a certification in DELF B2 from the Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP), obtained in 2015.
