Laura S. has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, spanning over two decades. Currently serving in a fulfillment role at Piglet since June 2020, Laura previously held the position of Assistant Residential Customer Operations Manager at Royal Holloway, University of London from August 2019 to June 2020. Prior to that, Laura worked as a Customer Service Manager for nine years at Kerry Foods and spent a decade in a similar role at Bupa.
