Alastair Simpson

Alastair Simpson is an accomplished design leader, currently serving as VP of Design at Dropbox since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading a diverse design team and co-implementing a Virtual-First working model. In addition to this role, Alastair serves as an advisor to Pigment, Antler, and Reclaim.ai. Previously, Alastair held the position of Head of Design at Atlassian from June 2014 to March 2020, overseeing the expansion of the design team significantly and leading initiatives across various products. Other past roles include Head of User Experience at Neon Stingray, User Experience Consultant as a freelancer, and multiple positions at Reed Business Information. Alastair holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies with Sports Sciences from Brunel University of London.
