Chad O'Connor

Chad O'Connor has a diverse work experience in the financial and operations fields. Chad started their career in 2010 as an Escrow Tax Manager at Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 onwards, Chad joined Pilot Flying J, where they held various roles over the years. Chad worked as a Senior Operations Analyst from 2011 to 2015, followed by a role as Manager of Customer Sales Support and Operations in 2015-2016. Chad then served as the Senior Manager of Customer Sales Support and Operations from 2016 to 2019, and subsequently as the Director of Credit from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Credit and AR at Pilot Flying J since June 2022.

Chad O'Connor obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville - College of Business Administration, spanning from 2004 to 2008.
