Kathryn Patton

Kathryn Patton has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kathryn is currently the Head of Regulatory and Compliance at Pilot Flying J since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the VP and Associate General Counsel - Regulatory at GridLiance, a Blackstone Portfolio Company from September 2019 to May 2022. Kathryn also worked as the Sr. Director - Trading Compliance at Calpine Corporation from July 2014 to September 2019. Before that, they were the Vice President and General Counsel at Clean Line Energy Partners from April 2010 to December 2012. Kathryn has also held positions such as Deputy General Counsel at Allegheny Energy, Inc., Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Illinois Power Company, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Dynegy Inc., and T&E Accountant at United Gas Pipeline.

Kathryn Patton completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas (TX) during the period of 1982-1986. Kathryn further pursued their education at the South Texas College of Law Houston, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from 1988-1992.
