Paul T. Duncan

Paul T. Duncan is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as VP, Group CIO for Enterprise Technical Operations and previously as VP and Sr. Director of IT Shared Services at Pilot Flying J since January 2018, Paul has significantly contributed to the company's IT strategy and operations. Prior experience includes serving as SVP of Information Services at Hudson's Bay Company and holding various IT roles at Saks Fifth Avenue. Earlier in their career, Paul worked at Allstate as a Call Center Sr Consultant and at JC Penney as a Merchandise Manager. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mississippi State University's College of Business and Industry.
