What you will be doing (HR Manager):
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR functions across the group which includes three business units. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal support, ensuring the efficient implementation of HR policies, practices, and initiatives. Your role will encompass a broad range of HR activities, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, policy development, and compliance with employment law.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications (HR Manager):
Qualifications: CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above).
Experience: Proven experience in a similar HR managerial role, preferably within a group or multi-site organisation.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
