Craig Nassar is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in both education and the food industry. Currently serving as a Chef Instructor at Pima Community College since March 2011, Craig also showcases culinary expertise as a TV Presenter for KVOA-TV's "Let's Make A Meal" since May 2010. As the Owner of The Practical Chef, established in September 2007, Craig provides catering services, cooking lessons, corporate team building activities, and private chef experiences. Previous roles include Director of Sales at Swisher Hygiene and Sales Representative at Accurate, alongside a strong background in sales with Ecolab. Early culinary experience involves positions as a Chef at Hyatt and Executive Sous Chef at St. Moritz Hotel.
