Eric Li (Dr.) has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of research and strategy, particularly in the real estate industry. Eric currently holds the position of Head of Research, Asia-Pacific at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since May 2020. In addition, they are a member of the Research Committee at ANREV starting from January 2021.
