Eric Li (Dr.)

Eric Li (Dr.) has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of research and strategy, particularly in the real estate industry. Eric currently holds the position of Head of Research, Asia-Pacific at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since May 2020. In addition, they are a member of the Research Committee at ANREV starting from January 2021.

Prior to these roles, Eric served as the Head of Greater China Research and Group Research & Strategy at ARA Asset Management from November 2015 to May 2020. Eric also worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore for the duration of May 2017 to January 2018.
