Megan Walters

Megan Walters has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Megan is currently serving as the Chair of the ANREV Investor Advisory Council since May 2021. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of Research at PIMCO Prime Real Estate starting from November 2019.

From 2010 to 2019, Megan held various positions at JLL, including Head of Research for the Asia Pacific region and Head of Research for Asia Pacific Capital Markets. Before that, they were a member of the International Governing Council at RICS from 2009 to 2015.

Megan also has a background in academia, serving as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore from 2011 to 2014. Megan has previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield as the Head of Research for Asia Pacific, Bovis Lend Lease as a Private Finance Initiative Bid Manager, Hong Kong Polytechnic University as an Assistant Professor, and Forte Hotels as a Building Surveyor.

Megan Walters completed their PhD in Real Estate Economics from The University of Hong Kong from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the University of Reading, which they completed from 1991 to 1993.
