Carolina Herrera

Carolina Herrera is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA and Global Portfolio Management at PIMCO since September 2018. In this role, Carolina oversees experienced hiring across EMEA and manages global talent acquisition for portfolio management. Previously, Carolina held multiple senior positions at Citi, focusing on recruitment partnerships within the Markets and Securities Services division. Carolina has also worked at Phaidon, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts in the financial risk management space. Carolina holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London, and is pursuing Level 7 Human Resources CIPD Qualifications from January 2024 to January 2026.
