Luisa Aliboni

Luisa Aliboni has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Luisa is currently working as a Coordenadora de People Science at Pin People since February 2023, where they previously held the position of Especialista de People Science from April 2022 to March 2023.

Prior to their current role, Luisa worked at Deloitte as a Human Capital Business Analyst II from August 2021 to April 2022, and as a Human Capital Business Analyst I from November 2020 to August 2021.

Luisa also gained experience as a Psychologycal Evaluator at Eu Vô from August 2021 to April 2022.

Luisa has been involved in various HR roles at iTeleport Virtual Experiences from April 2020 to March 2022, where they were responsible for structuring the company's Human Resources area. Luisa'sresponsibilities included recruitment and selection, internal communication, benefits management, process mapping, performance management, and intern supervision.

Before this, Luisa worked at Oracle as a Talent Sourcer for a brief period from February 2020 to April 2020.

During their early career, they completed an internship in Human Resources at SERVIMED Comercial from March 2017 to December 2017.

Luisa has also gained valuable experience as the Vice-president at Interage Empresa Jr from June 2015 to December 2017. Luisa provided HR consultancy services to small and medium-sized companies, led recruitment and selection processes, conducted professional mapping, and provided career guidance. Luisa Aliboni holds a Master's Degree in Developmental and Learning Psychology, which they obtained from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho in the years 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same institution from 2013 to 2017.
