Valentina Giannese is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in store management and customer experience. Currently serving as Store Manager at Pinalli since October 2022, Valentina has previously held positions such as Customer Experience Manager at Victoria's Secret and Store Manager at both Douglas and MAC Cosmetics. Valentina’s career in retail began at KIKO MILANO, where a variety of roles were undertaken, including Brand Ambassador, Retail Trainer, and Sales Associate. Valentina's educational background includes studies at Talent Garden, SDA Bocconi, and Royal Holloway, University of London, alongside a degree in Professional Dance and Teaching from Scuola Professionale Italiana Danza and a Scientific High School Diploma from Liceo scientifico "G.
