Natalie Shelton has a diverse range of work experience. Natalie most recently worked at Pindrop as a Manager of Integrated Marketing since June 2023. Prior to that, they held several roles at Salesforce, including Associate Manager of Integrated Marketing from February 2022 to March 2023, Senior Analyst of Values Based Marketing from July 2021 to February 2022, and Marketing Coordinator of Values Based Marketing from June 2020 to July 2021. Before joining Salesforce, Natalie worked at Wyndham Destinations as a Marketing Specialist from July 2018 to June 2020. Natalie'sresponsibilities in this role involved creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns to increase member engagement and transactions. Natalie also analyzed the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adapted marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Natalie started their career as a Graphics Operator at Purdue University from August 2016 to June 2018, where they produced and displayed sponsor graphics for live sports events. Natalie also operated graphics technology such as Chyron, Photoshop, and Paint 5.0. Additionally, they gained experience as a Customer Relations Intern at the Indianapolis Colts from August 2017 to January 2018, where they provided assistance to season ticket-holders, addressed ticket issues, and ensured an excellent customer experience representing the Colts brand.

Natalie Shelton attended Purdue University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Advertising. In addition to their formal education, Natalie has also obtained several certifications. In September 2018, they completed the Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy. Furthermore, in August 2018, Natalie obtained the Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google. More recently, in April 2021, they received the Trailhead Ranger certification from Salesforce, and in June 2021, Natalie became ITSMA ABM Certified through ITSMA.
