BettyAnn Field is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Pink® Jeep® Tours since May 2019, BettyAnn is involved in diverse HR responsibilities such as recruitment, compliance, training, employee engagement, and payroll management. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at The Art Institute of Las Vegas and The Art Institute of Phoenix, where BettyAnn provided leadership and direction for over 300 employees. Additionally, BettyAnn held positions at Macy's, including Associate Relations Consultant and Employee Relations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed employee investigations and regional HR oversight.
