Nikki Boutte

Nikki Boutte is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Business Partner at Our Lady of the Lake since August 2021. Previously, Nikki held various roles at Pinnacle Entertainment from March 2007, including HR Business Partner, Employee Relations Counselor, and Recruiter, among others. Key achievements include launching team member engagement programs, reducing turnover, and receiving several accolades such as Team Member of the Quarter and Team Member of the Year in 2015.
