Brandon Smith

Brandon Smith is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in leadership roles within high-end culinary establishments. Since September 2015, Brandon has served as the Executive Chef at Pinnacle Peak Country Club, following a successful tenure as Executive Chef at Encanterra, A Trilogy Country Club from November 2008 to June 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Chef/Operator at Bel Sito Ristorante and as Food and Beverage Director at Golf International. Brandon's education includes a degree in Culinary Arts from Scottsdale Culinary Institute (2002-2003) and a degree from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis (1999-2003).
