Wesley Avram

Wesley Avram is an accomplished scholar and pastor with extensive experience in various religious and educational institutions. Currently serving as Senior Pastor Emeritus at Pinnacle Presbyterian Church since July 2009, Wesley Avram held the position of Senior Pastor there for several years. Additional pastoral roles include Senior Pastor at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church from June 2006 to June 2009 and First Presbyterian Church in Wilmette, Illinois, from 1996 to 2000. Wesley Avram's academic contributions include serving as Clement-Muehl Assistant Professor of Communication at Yale Divinity School and as Assistant Professor at the Yale Institute for Sacred Music from 2000 to 2006. A graduate of Northwestern University with a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Rhetoric, Wesley Avram also holds degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary, Yale Divinity School, and various institutions focused on peace studies, philosophy, and theology.
