Felicia Ribera

Felicia Ribera has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as the Lead Customer Service Representative at Pinnacle Propane, LLC since August 2019, after progressing from a Customer Care Representative. In addition to this role, Felicia has been an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at both SRCI Design Build and Steve Reitz Co. since March 2017. Felicia's career also includes a position as an Administrative Assistant at Central Texas Land Titles, Inc. and previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at JP Energy-Pinnacle Propane from November 2012 to February 2016. Felicia's experience began with a role as a Program Specialist at the Boys & Girls Club of Highland Lakes from November 2011 to May 2013. Felicia is a graduate of Marble Falls High School, attended from 1991 to 1995.
