Sharifur Rahaman has a extensive work experience in software engineering, primarily focusing on Android development.

Sharifur started their career in 2014 by co-founding Apptitive, where they worked as a Software Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for making architectural decisions, managing the team, and ensuring code quality. One of the notable projects they worked on was Ma O Shishu, a mobile app aimed at helping rural poor mothers.

In 2016, Sharifur joined Gagagugu as an Android Developer. Here, they worked in the Connect team, tackling issues such as increasing bugs and unmanageable code. Sharifur Rahaman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering (BSSE) from the Institute of Information Technology at the University of Dhaka. Sharifur attended this institution from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Sharifur has also earned several certifications in Android testing, including Advanced Android Espresso Testing, Android Espresso Essential Training, and Effective Android Testing for Mobile Developers. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in October and November of 2019.
