Kyle Nottingham

Kyle Nottingham is a highly skilled Senior Operations Drilling Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently employed at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, Kyle has previously worked as a Drilling Consultant at Southwestern Energy and as a Drilling Engineer at ExxonMobil, where significant achievements included optimizing drilling performance across multiple rigs, improving drilling parameters using real-time analytics, and leading record-setting drilling operations in the Bakken formation. Additional experience includes an internship as a Production Engineer at Chesapeake Energy, along with a background as an Amphibious Assault Vehicle Crew Chief in the United States Marine Corps. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
