Giulia Saldanha

Giulia Saldanha started their work experience in 2013 as an intern at Votorantim Cimentos, where they worked in the Technical Directorate, handling indicators, supporting climate actions, and assisting in employee training. Giulia later moved to the People & Management area, focusing on Commercial, Logistics, and Customer Relationship Central, where they were involved in attraction and recruitment, indicator control, and integrations.

In 2015, Giulia worked as a Scholar at the Araucária Foundation/PUCPR for Groupe Renault.

Since 2018, Giulia has been working at Pipefy, where they have held several roles. Giulia started as a Solutions Designer, providing customized pre-sales technical solutions to inbound clients, supporting the sales team, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Giulia then became an Enterprise Solutions Designer, followed by an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and currently holds the position of an Enterprise Solutions Architect.

Giulia Saldanha pursued their education at various institutions. From 2009 to 2014, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and obtained a degree in Engenharia de Produção. During their time at the same institution, they also earned a Mestrado em Engenharia de Produção e Sistemas with a specialization in Gestão de energia from 2015 to 2017. Furthermore, they had the opportunity to study at Politecnico di Milano in 2012 and 2013, where they completed a program in Ingegneria Gestionale.
