Neha Dubey

Neha Dubey has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Neha is currently working as an Associate Vice President- Business HR at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited since April 2023. Before that, they served as an Assistant Vice President- Business HR at the same company from June 2022 to March 2023.

Prior to their role at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited, Neha worked as a Human Resources Specialist at EY from January 2022 to May 2022. Neha also gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at Standard Chartered Bank from January 2019 to December 2021.

Neha has also worked as a Senior Manager Human Resources at Sodexo in 2017 and as a Manager and Deputy Manager Human Resources at ICICI Bank from 2015 to 2017. At ICICI Bank, they were responsible for managing recruitment and program management for various initiatives.

In addition, Neha has previous experience as a Summer Intern at Piramal Glass in 2014.
