Sanika Arora

Sanika Arora has extensive experience in human resources management. Sanika is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Secomind.AI India since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked for Fresenius Kabi Oncology Ltd. as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources from November 2017 to February 2021. Sanika also served as a Human Resources Consultant for Sales HR at PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd. from October 2014 to November 2017. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Senior Executive of Human Resources at Haldiram's Products Pvt. Ltd. From May 2012 to March 2014, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Empyrean Partners. Sanika also gained experience as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank Ltd. from August 2010 to November 2011. Lastly, they started their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Parsvnath Developers Ltd. in August 2009.

Sanika Arora completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physical Sciences from Ramjas College, Delhi University from 2005 to 2008. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Netaji Subhash Institute of Management Sciences (NIMS) from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Sanika has obtained several certifications. Sanika has a Diploma in Retail Management from Oyesters Learning and holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma. Sanika has also completed a certification in SAP HR, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is not specified.
