Karoliina Lehtonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, strategic foresight, and board governance. As the CEO and Founder of Booming Strategies & Marketing since October 2015, Karoliina leads a design company that enhances organizational future-readiness and GTM strategies. In addition to the role at Booming, Karoliina serves as a Board Member for Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa and Visit Tampere, focusing on strategic foresight and tourism marketing. Previously, Karoliina held various leadership positions, including CEO & Partner at Radikal Marketing Group and Managing Director at THE Marketing Agency Deeper.
