Bengisu Erol has over five years of work experience in the Human Resources field. In 2021, they began working as a Senior People & Culture Generalist at Pisano, where they are responsible for the whole cycle of the employee, from the first touch in the recruitment process to offboarding. Prior to this, they worked as a Researcher / HR Analyst at OneWorld Consulting from 2018 to 2017, where they helped organisations find and recruit the best talent with Executive Search.
