Peter J Riggs

Peter J Riggs has had a diverse and successful work experience throughout their career. Peter J started working at Pita Pit USA in 2002, initially as a franchisee and then progressed to various roles such as V.P. of Brand Promotion, President, and ultimately President & CEO. In 2018, they joined KORE Power as the Chief Strategy Officer. Peter J then ventured into politics in 2020 and became a candidate for Idaho State Senator - District 3 under Riggs for Idaho. Peter J also served as a Senator in the Idaho State Senate - District 3 from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the CEO of Pita Pit USA, a role they obtained in 2023.

Peter J Riggs completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree at the University of Idaho from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Idaho between the years 2013 and 2015.
