Greg Lockwood

Greg Lockwood is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Partner at Piton Capital since July 2008, Lockwood previously held the position of CEO at Formula Vertex Ltd, where a venture capital company was established to manage the sell-down of UBS Capital’s portfolio. As a founding partner at UBS Capital from 1999 to 2002, Lockwood focused on communications technologies investments in Europe and Israel, with notable investments including Sunrise Telecom and Betfair. Lockwood's career began in marketing as a Marketing Director at AutoMart Magazine Ltd, followed by roles at Union Bank of Switzerland and UBS, culminating in significant expertise in banking and investment strategy. Lockwood holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a degree from Western University.
