James Overby

James Overby has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James started their career at Ford Motor Company in 1987 and held various roles, including Maintenance Supervisor and Body Area Operations Manager. James then worked at Schindler Elevator Corporation as a General Manager and later became the Vice President of New Installation Operations. Afterwards, they worked as a Plant Manager at The Manitowoc Company, overseeing the Grove boom truck business. James then moved on to The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Plant Operations Manager, responsible for managing the manufacturing processes for tire production. Later, they joined TRW as a Plant Manager, where they supervised the manufacturing of steering gears. Currently, they are the Vice President of Manufacturing at Pittsburgh Glass Works, where they oversee a multi-plant staff and manages the manufacturing processes for automotive glass production.

James Overby has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University. In addition, they have obtained certification in General Business Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
