Joe Hajost

Joe Hajost has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Joe began their career in 1982, when they were commissioned as an officer in the US Army from West Point. After serving in troop-leading and staff roles in North America and Europe, they retired as a Major in 1992.

Joe then joined Applied Materials as the Director of Northern Europe Service Operations and Key Accounts. In 1999, they moved to Lam Research as the General Manager of European Regional Accounts, where they were responsible for the sales and service of the European Regional Accounts, including the Middle East, and contributed to industry-leading market share in Etch products. Joe also established key accounts with new and diverse products that entered the market, and was responsible for annual revenues of $100M.

In 2002, Joe joined Asyst as the Director of Service Operations. Joe then moved to Ultratech in 2004 as the Vice President of Service Operations. In 2006, they became the Vice President at Purfresh Inc., and in 2013, they joined Pivotal Systems as the Vice President.

Joe Hajost completed their BSc in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1982, followed by an MSc in Design of Information Systems from Cranfield University in 1991.
