Marta Małecka

Marta Małecka has extensive work experience in Human Resources and Employer Branding. Marta began their career in 2009 as an Intern at ATLAS APT. In 2011, they were an Intern in the Human Resources Department at Vattenfall. In 2012, they held the same role at Bank BPH. In 2013, they were the Sourcing Manager at CoolPeople and the Head of HR & EB and HR and Employer Branding Coordinator at Clearcode. At Clearcode, they were responsible for authorship of the career page, coordinating recruitment processes, and running direct search activities for IT and marketing positions. In 2014, they became the Head of HR & EB at Piwik PRO, where they created and delivered analytics solutions.

Marta Małecka began their education in 2007 at the University of Wroclaw, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pedagogics (Guidance and psycho-pedagogical aid) in 2010. Marta then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Capital Management at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, which they completed in 2012. Following that, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Pedagogics from the University of Wroclaw in 2012. Finally, they completed a postgraduate degree in Employer Branding from the AGH University of Science and Technology in 2017.
