Massallys Silva has a diverse range of work experience. They have worked at Pixeon as a Junior Product Owner for the BoaConsulta healthcare product, where their role includes prioritizing the backlog and defining the roadmap. Massallys has also worked as a Junior Software Quality Assurance Analyst for Pixeon, focusing on automated and manual testing for the BoaConsulta website.

Before Pixeon, Massallys worked at Tata Consultancy Services. They served as a Junior Software Quality Assurance Analyst for MAPFRE and Porto Seguro, where they tested the company's own framework and processes.
