Curtis Nielsen

Curtis Nielsen is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at GHX since March 2022, Curtis oversees software development for the Vendormate and Explorer Surgical product lines, focusing on improving healthcare outcomes. In addition, Curtis holds roles as Fractional CTO and CTO at Pixingo, where efforts center on creating a greeting card-printing service. As Co-Owner of PugaPuma, innovative mobile applications are developed to enhance user experience in 3D exploratory puzzle gaming. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Consultant at AKF Partners, Acting VP of Operations, and Director of Software Engineering at 5D Robotics, and Research and Development Scientist at Idaho National Laboratory. Curtis's academic background includes a PhD in Computer Science from Brigham Young University, where research focused on human-robot interaction.
